📅 Weekend work required (Sat/Sun)
Algonova is looking for a Client Retention Specialist to support parents and students throughout their learning journey. If you enjoy helping families stay engaged, solving problems, and building long-term relationships, this role is for you!
✨ What You’ll Do
Maintain ongoing communication with parents to ensure students stay motivated and consistent
Understand client needs and guide them toward the right classes or packages
Work closely with internal teams to resolve concerns quickly and professionally
Build strong relationships that support long-term student success
✨ What We’re Looking ForExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in client relations/retention, account management, customer success, or similar fields
Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
