About the role:
We are looking for energetic sales person to host interactive trial sessions for students and parents while driving course enrollments through a blend of teaching, consultation, and sales.
This is a 100% remote, part-time position requiring a minimum of 20 hours of availability per week.
Key highlights:
Compensation: USD 200 basic salary + USD 3 per completed trial class + attractive sales bonus of up to 15% of revenue
Commitment: Minimum 20 hours/week
Operating Hours:
Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM Malaysia Time
Weekends: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Malaysia Time
No Cold Calling: Leads are provided, no need to find your own customers.
What you'll do:
Conduct engaging trial classes for children aged 5–17, together with their parents.
Understand each family’s learning goals and recommend the most suitable programs.
Deliver interactive coding, digital literacy, and creative activities based on our academic curriculum.
Drive course enrollment through consultative conversations, clearly communicating course benefits, outcomes, and structure.
Address parent questions and concerns, build trust, and support the enrollment journey through follow-up when needed.
Maintain accurate records of trial sessions, parent feedback, and conversion performance.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both children and parents.
Fluent in English.
Bahasa Melayu proficiency and familiarity with the Malaysia market are preferred.
Previous experience in sales, education, tutoring, customer service, consultation, or other client-facing roles is a plus.
Positive, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
Comfortable working remotely with a reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection.
