Role Description The Lead Generation Head is responsible for driving and managing the entire lead generation function to support staffing and recruitment services at Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves planning and executing strategies to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients across target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing lead generation campaigns, managing databases and CRM tools, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with sales and recruitment teams to convert leads into opportunities. The role also involves developing and refining outreach plans, tracking performance metrics, preparing periodic reports, and ensuring that lead generation activities align with overall business objectives. The Lead Generation Head will collaborate with senior leadership to suggest improvements in processes and tools, and to support long-term growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and execute effective lead generation strategies.
Proficiency in Market Research for identifying target segments, analyzing competition, and understanding client needs.
Experience in Sales and Public Relations to convert qualified leads, build relationships, and represent the company professionally.
Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or client acquisition in staffing, recruitment, or related services.
Ability to manage and analyze data using CRM systems and reporting tools; comfort with digital outreach channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
