Role Description The Strategy Consultant will work on a contract basis in a remote capacity, collaborating with clients and internal teams to diagnose business challenges and design actionable strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and financial analyses, mapping competitive landscapes, and identifying growth and optimization opportunities for luxury, beauty, and investment-focused clients. The role involves synthesizing insights into clear recommendations, preparing client-ready presentations, and supporting strategic roadmaps that connect brand, product, and commercial priorities. The consultant will participate in workshops, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and coordinate with creative and design partners to ensure strategic alignment with execution. The position requires proactive communication, structured problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including quantitative analysis, problem-structuring, and interpretation of market and financial data.
Consulting and management consulting experience, with the ability to lead workstreams, manage stakeholders, and deliver client-ready outputs.
Excellent communication skills, including clear writing, visual storytelling in presentations, and confident facilitation of remote and in-person meetings.
Finance-related skills, such as understanding P&L dynamics, investment cases, and the impact of strategic decisions on financial performance.
Experience or strong interest in luxury, beauty, consumer brands, or private equity-backed businesses.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, strategy, or a related field; advanced degree or prior top-tier consulting experience is a plus.
