Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an Occupational Therapist at MantraCare. The Occupational Therapist will provide virtual assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and support clients in improving daily living, work, and self-care skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, documenting clinical progress, and integrating digital tools and AI-supported programs into therapy plans. The role also involves educating clients and caregivers, offering evidence-based interventions for diverse populations, and ensuring care is safe, ethical, and aligned with best practice standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation to assess functional needs and deliver effective interventions.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine to understand diagnoses, comorbidities, and interdisciplinary care pathways.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, caregivers, and remote care teams in telehealth settings.
Candidates should possess experience or interest in Pediatrics to support children and adolescents with developmental, physical, or cognitive needs.
Relevant qualifications include an accredited degree in Occupational Therapy and current professional licensure (or eligibility) in applicable jurisdictions.
Additional beneficial skills include experience with telehealth platforms, familiarity with digital health or AI-enabled tools, strong documentation and time-management abilities, and cultural sensitivity when working with global and diverse populations.
