Software Consultant

🚀 We’re hiring: Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Consultant
Do you enjoy turning business needs into effective, user-friendly software solutions? We are looking for a Software Consultant with hands-on experience in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud / Salesforce Loyalty Management to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Engage with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and software needs.
Analyse requirements and recommend tailored Salesforce solutions.
Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of loyalty programs.
Collaborate with developers and IT teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
Provide expertise on Salesforce functionality, features, and limitations.
Lead client training sessions and workshops to support successful adoption.
Provide ongoing consulting, troubleshooting, and optimization support.
Document client interactions, recommendations, and project outcomes.
We’re looking for someone with:
✅ Experience as a Software Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar IT consulting role.
✅ Mandatory experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud / Salesforce Loyalty Management, including implementation, configuration, and support.
✅ Knowledge of software development processes, deployment, and project lifecycle management.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
✅ The ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
✅ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients or projects.
