What This Role Actually Is
You will own one or more product areas end-to-end from “why are we building this?” to “is it working?”
Not ticket management.
Not coordination.
Ownership.
You will:
Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core area (email sequencing, AI agents, dialer, CRM, or lead prospecting).
Write crisp PRDs and specs engineers can build from without clarification meetings.
Use data, research, and instinct to decide what to build, kill, or ignore.
Work directly with engineering, design, support, and marketing as the clearest voice of product direction.
Ship frequently. Measure impact. Iterate fast.
Use modern tools (LLMs, analytics, SQL, AI workflows) to move faster.
