About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead – Forex to lead our marketing and business expansion efforts in the Forex/CFD brokerage industry. The role focuses on building market hype, boosting brand visibility, and driving client acquisition and retention through innovative marketing strategies and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead 360° marketing campaigns across digital, offline, performance, and branding channels.
Drive social media growth and influencer marketing across Telegram, X (Twitter), Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads) with a strong focus on ROI optimization.
Manage affiliate programs, Introducing Broker (IB) networks, referral programs, and strategic partnerships.
Plan and represent the organization at forex expos, PR events, and industry awards.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, compliance, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
Lead and mentor the marketing team while effectively managing budgets and external vendors.
Monitor and optimize KPIs such as CAC, CPL, FTD, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
Ideal Candidate
3–6 years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage marketing.
Strong knowledge of Forex/CFD trading products, trader behavior, and regional markets.
Expertise in performance marketing, social media growth, SEO, and brand-building initiatives.
Experience in managing affiliate and IB programs.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management, training, and budget handling.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other marketing automation platforms.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
