We're Hiring: Analyst – Trust Management Services
Location: Pune (WFO) | Experience: 2-3 Years
About Role -
We are looking for an Analyst to join our Trust Management Services practice, supporting the end-to-end management of Employee Welfare Trusts/ESOP Trusts. This is a highly client-facing role that offers exposure to financial reporting, regulatory compliance, transaction lifecycle management, and regular engagement with senior client stakeholders and management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage books of accounts, financial statements, reconciliations, and trust-related reporting
• Execute ESOP transactions including share acquisition, transfers, and related trust activities
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, statutory requirements, and regulatory filings
• Support statutory audits and maintain trust documentation and governance records
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with client HR, Finance, Legal, Secretarial teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders
• Prepare financial and operational updates, presentations, and reports for senior client management and trust boards
• Participate in discussions with client leadership and provide insights on trust operations, compliance, and transaction execution
Qualifications:
• MBA (Finance) / M.Com (Finance) / CA Inter
• 2+ years of relevant accounting, trust management, or financial operations experience
• Hands-on experience with Tally or any other accounting software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship management skills
