About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack AI Engineer to build and scale production-grade AI applications. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience developing Generative AI solutions, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and AI agents while also leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle—from designing intuitive front-end applications to building scalable backend services, AI pipelines, and production-ready agentic workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy full-stack AI applications.
Build production-ready AI agents using LLMs and agent frameworks.
Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
Develop responsive web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
Integrate vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI workflows.
Ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, evaluation, and testing.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Lead a small team of engineers through mentoring, code reviews, and technical guidance.
Drive architectural decisions and engineering best practices.
Required Skills
4+ years of software engineering experience.
1–2+ years of hands-on experience building production Generative AI applications.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Strong experience with Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
Solid understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling, and Agent Orchestration.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, or Milvus.
Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong understanding of REST APIs, system design, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
Experience using AI coding assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI evaluation and observability tools such as LangSmith, LangFuse, Braintrust, Phoenix, or Arize.
Experience working with large-scale document processing or enterprise AI solutions.
Knowledge of security, compliance, and handling sensitive enterprise data.
Previous experience leading engineering teams or technical projects.
Open-source contributions are a plus.
