Civil Engineering Manager / Civil Engineering Director

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager / Civil Engineering Director to lead civil engineering activities, technical design, site execution, quality control, and overall engineering delivery throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage civil engineering works, technical activities, and project execution to ensure quality and compliance.
Review and approve civil engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, method statements, and technical submissions.
Oversee earthworks, foundations, drainage, roads, utilities, concrete works, infrastructure, and other civil works.
Conduct regular site inspections, technical reviews, quality checks, and progress assessments.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
Identify and resolve technical, construction, design, quality, and site engineering issues.
Monitor compliance with approved drawings, engineering standards, specifications, safety requirements, and project objectives.
Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, engineering documentation, inspection records, and project close-out documents.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in civil engineering, site engineering, construction management, or infrastructure projects.
Good knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.
Strong technical, leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant professional registration or certification such as PE, CEng, or equivalent is an advantage.
Experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, high-rise, or building projects is preferred.
