US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
· Recruit technical talent for U.S. and Canada - based client requisitions.
· Conduct full lifecycle recruiting from intake through offer.
· Partner with business leaders and delivery teams.
· Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub and other channels.
· Screen and assess technical qualifications.
· Maintain talent pipelines and ATS data quality.
· Meet KPIs for time-to-submit, quality, interviews ,and placements.
· Support diversity and compliance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree required.
· Preferred STEM degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
· 2+ years technical recruiting experience.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
· Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
Preferred Experience
· MSP/VMS recruiting (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
· AI-enabled sourcing tools.
· Knowledge of Science, Engineering, Technology, or Telecom & Digital Infrastructure labor markets.
· Ability to understand technical concepts and evaluate candidate fit.
