Only for USC and GC candidates
8+ years of IT Project Management experience leading medium-to-large scale global implementations, upgrades, transformations, and enterprise technology initiatives.
PMP certification required, with CSM, Advanced ScrumMaster, SAFe, or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
MES experience required, with expertise in leading MES implementations, rollouts, upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and multi-site digital manufacturing initiatives; Critical Manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience managing regulated manufacturing projects, including validation activities and compliance requirements such as FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
Strong experience managing cross-functional global teams, project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, change controls, and executive reporting, including integrations between MES and SAP/ERP, Quality, PLM, warehouse, automation, and data platforms.
