Applied AI Engineer

Duration: 9 month contract
15+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, and application development with strong hands-on Python expertise.
7+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning, Generative AI, LLM, Agentic AI, and RAG solutions using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy.
Experience building Agentic AI and RAG applications, including AI agents, tool/function calling, multi-step workflows, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, memory, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
Experience developing and deploying AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI services, API Management, Service Bus, Event Hubs, PostgreSQL, Entra ID, Key Vault, monitoring, containers, and CI/CD.
Experience applying AI/ML in manufacturing, consumer goods, supply chain, forecasting, quality, or operational processes, with experience taking AI solutions from POC to production and supporting MLOps/LLMOps and AI observability.
