About the Role
We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, creating engaging content, managing digital channels, conducting market research, and coordinating day-to-day marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital marketing, social media, content, branding, and business growth, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Support day-to-day management of social media platforms and online marketing channels.
Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer trends and new opportunities.
Support lead generation and promotional activities across relevant channels.
Assist with basic SEO activities, keyword research, and website content optimization.
Monitor social media engagement, website traffic, campaign performance, and other marketing metrics.
Coordinate with the sales, content, and business development teams to support marketing initiatives.
Assist in preparing marketing presentations, reports, proposals, and promotional materials.
Maintain and organize marketing databases, campaign records, and contact lists.
Help coordinate online and offline promotional activities when required.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, social media updates, and emerging marketing practices.
Maintain accurate daily task and marketing activity reports.
Support the marketing team with other day-to-day activities and projects as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Freshers are welcome.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of basic marketing and digital marketing concepts.
Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and social media.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Familiarity with Canva, SEO, social media tools, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
Comfortable working in a night-shift, work-from-office environment.
