Job Title: HR Intern

About Us
HR Yaar is looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our recruitment team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring.
What You'll Do
Source and pool candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to shortlist suitable profiles
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS)
Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
Assist the recruitment team with day-to-day operations and admin tasks
Support candidate communication (sending updates, follow-ups, and interview reminders)
Help prepare recruitment reports and tracker summaries as needed
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus
Eager to learn and a genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
