We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in P&C Insurance Billing to join our team and work closely with a US-based client.
🔹 Experience: 14–20 years overall
🔹 12+ years in Business Analysis – P&C Insurance
🔹 8+ years specifically in Insurance Billing
🔹 Location: India Delivery Center
🔹 US EST overlap: Minimum 4 hours daily
🔹 Client-facing: Daily interaction with US stakeholders
🔑 Key Expertise
• Direct Bill, Agency Bill & List Bill
• Billing accounts, policies & payment plans
• Installments, down payments, fees & schedule rewrites
• Invoicing, billing cycles & statements
• Cash receipts, allocation, unapplied/suspense cash & reversals
• Commission calculation, splits & agency payables
• Delinquency, dunning, cancellation & reinstatement
• Refunds, return premium, write-offs & aging
• GL integration & reconciliation
• Premium finance, mortgagee/escrow & third-party billing
• Billing requirements, BRDs, FRDs, user stories & acceptance criteria
• Client workshops, UAT, functional testing & QA coordination
💻 Platform Experience
Hands-on functional experience with one or more of:
Guidewire BillingCenter | Duck Creek Billing | OneShield | Majesco Billing | Vertafore IMS | ALIS
Candidates should have personally owned billing requirements/builds or transformation initiatives and be comfortable working independently with US clients and distributed development teams.
