Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Recruitment Head to lead, manage, and optimize the entire talent acquisition function. The ideal candidate must be a results-oriented leader, capable of scaling hiring across multiple departments, handling leadership mandates, and building strong talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all functions.
Build and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth plans.
Manage volume hiring, leadership hiring, lateral hiring, and campus hiring.
Establish strong sourcing channels — job portals, referrals, social media, networking.
Conduct workforce planning with department heads and leadership teams.
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and support final selection decisions.
Optimize recruitment processes and implement best practices.
Manage ATS, recruitment analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
Train and mentor the recruitment team for performance excellence.
Negotiate offers, finalize compensation, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Identify future talent needs and build a long-term recruitment strategy.
Vendor management — agencies, freelancers, consultants.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience (5–10+ years) in talent acquisition leadership roles.
Strong command over hiring strategies and stakeholder management.
Expertise in sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, ATS tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Team leadership and ability to manage high-pressure hiring cycles.
