AI Full Stack Engineer

We’re building AI Employees for Growing Businesses — intelligent agents that help businesses acquire, engage, qualify, convert, and retain customers across conversations.
We’re looking for an AI Full Stack Engineer who wants to work at the intersection of AI, SaaS, automation, and product engineering.
What you'll work on:
→ Build and scale AI-powered features and agentic workflows
→ Develop AI agents for customer conversations and business automation
→ Build production-ready frontend and backend applications
→ Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, vector databases, RAG and AI tools
→ Build APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations
→ Work with platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, websites and CRM systems
→ Develop lead qualification, follow-up, support and sales automation workflows
→ Design and optimize databases and backend architecture
→ Debug, test and improve production systems
→ Work closely with the founders and product team to ship features quickly
→ Take ownership of features from idea → development → deployment
🛠️ What we're looking for:
Required:
Strong programming fundamentals
Experience with React / Next.js
Experience with Node.js / Python / Laravel or similar backend technologies
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Good understanding of SQL / databases
Experience with Git and modern development workflows
Strong problem-solving ability
Ability to build and ship independently
AI experience:
Experience working with OpenAI / Claude / Gemini or other LLM APIs
Understanding of RAG, embeddings and vector databases
Experience building AI agents or AI-powered applications
Understanding of prompt engineering and structured LLM outputs
Familiarity with AI orchestration / agent frameworks is a plus
⭐ Bonus points if you have:
Experience building SaaS products
WhatsApp / Meta API experience
Experience with CRM, marketing automation or conversational AI
Experience with Redis, queues, webhooks and microservices
Experience with Docker and cloud deployment
Experience with tools such as LangChain, LangGraph or similar
Startup experience
