Key Responsibilities
Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
Configure and customize Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Regulatory Change Management modules.
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
Configure Flow Designer, Workflow, Notifications, Approvals, and Assignment Rules.
Implement risk identification, assessment, scoring, treatment, monitoring, and reporting processes.
Configure risk statements, risk frameworks, controls, indicators, entities, and profiles.
Develop and maintain IRM forms, catalog items, dashboards, reports, and workspaces.
Integrate ServiceNow IRM with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Import Sets.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IRM applications and integrations.
Work with business, risk, compliance, audit, and security teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing, system testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
