Devops Engineer

Job description:
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise chatbot and conversational AI solutions.
Develop and integrate chatbots with APIs, web applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP for application deployment and infrastructure management.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / CloudFormation / ARM.
Monitor applications and cloud infrastructure using tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide L3 support.
Implement security, access management, logging, monitoring, backup, and disaster-recovery practices.
Collaborate with development, QA, security, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
Automate repetitive operational activities using Python / Shell / PowerShell.
Participate in cloud migration, performance optimization, and scalability initiatives.
Prepare technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
Required Skills:
7+ years of experience in Cloud / DevOps / Automation.
Strong experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD.
Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
Good scripting knowledge in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and application integrations.
Understanding of chatbot/conversational AI technologies is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and production-support experience.
Good knowledge of cloud security, networking, IAM, and monitoring
