Role Description The Design Verification with GLS role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karnataka, India. The role involves performing design verification for digital and mixed-signal systems, focusing on gate-level simulations (GLS), timing verification, and functional validation of complex architectures. Responsibilities include reviewing design specifications, creating and executing verification plans and test benches, analyzing simulation results, and identifying design issues or inconsistencies. The position requires close collaboration with design, architecture, and CAD teams to refine models, improve verification coverage, and support sign-off criteria. The role also includes documenting verification methodologies, maintaining verification environments, and contributing to continuous improvement of tools and processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 6- 7 years
Strong foundation in Architecture and digital design concepts, with experience interpreting specifications and system-level requirements.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and EDA flows used for design verification, GLS, and timing analysis.
Skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for creating clear technical diagrams, visual documentation, and design presentations.
Ability to conduct structured Research to evaluate design methodologies, verification techniques, and emerging industry practices.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience with HDL-based verification (such as Verilog/SystemVerilog), simulation environments, and familiarity with GLS workflows.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with attention to detail in reviewing complex designs and reports.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in an on-site engineering environment.
