Monitoring Specialist - Observability Platform Engineer

Your Job:
Operate and drive the global Observability and Monitoring platform services with a strong focus on LogicMonitor, Edwin AI, and related observability technologies
Design, implement, and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) capabilities across hybrid enterprise environments
Develop and maintain scalable telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics, traces, and events using Cribl Stream and Cribl Edge
Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, cloud, application, and service management teams to ensure end-to-end observability of business-critical services
Define and implement observability standards, best practices, dashboards, alert strategies, and service health reporting
Act as a senior technical advisor for monitoring, logging, telemetry, automation, and observability initiatives
Work independently in a globally distributed team and actively contribute to the strategic evolution of observability platforms and services
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of professional experience in enterprise monitoring, observability, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related disciplines
Strong hands-on expertise with LogicMonitor, Edwin AI, or comparable observability and APM platforms
Practical experience with Cribl Stream, Cribl Edge, OpenTelemetry, or comparable telemetry collection and processing solutions
Experience operating observability solutions in complex hybrid environments spanning on-premises and cloud platforms
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to independently solve complex technical challenges
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global and multicultural environment
Experience with ServiceNow integration, ITSM processes, automation, and governance is considered a strong advantage
Self-motivated and comfortable working with a high degree of ownership
