Techno – Commercial Support Intern

Your job:
Generate quotations based on customer enquiry via SAP system
Register orders via SAP system
Respond to customer queries and calls regarding quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and dispatch status using SAP and managed call interactions through the CRM system
Maintain daily track reports as per the template provided
To meet Global defined KPI’s of individual sand team goals
Your qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in science (B.Sc.) or M.Sc. in Physics, Maths or Chemistry
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to learn advanced concepts and a strong willingness to learn, collaborate, and work in a learning environment
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
