AI / Automation Engineer – Apparel Manufacturing & Export House
Location: Noida
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 days a week

We are looking to hire a talented AI graduate (fresher) from IIT to help us build AI-driven solutions and automation systems across our apparel manufacturing and merchandising business.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the leadership team and create real business impact by applying AI, automation and technology to real-world business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to introduce AI and automation across business processes
Develop AI-driven tools and solutions for manufacturing, merchandising and operations
Automate repetitive and manual workflows
Work with teams to understand business challenges and develop technology-led solutions
Explore and implement LLMs, AI agents, APIs and automation tools
Develop prototypes and convert successful solutions into practical business applications
Analyse business data and identify opportunities for process improvement
Work closely with leadership to execute AI transformation initiatives
Ideal Candidate
B.Tech / M.Tech / relevant AI/ML degree from IIT
Freshers are welcome
Strong programming and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Python, AI/ML, LLMs and automation
Familiarity with APIs, databases and AI tools will be an advantage
Strong curiosity to understand business processes and solve real-world problems
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
