WE’RE HIRING | FASHION DESIGNER
Windeson Trademart Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer – Womenswear to join our design team in Noida.
📍 Location: Noida
💼 Employment: Full-time | On-site
👗 Category: Womenswear
💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on skills)
📅 Working: 6 days a week
🎯 Experience: Minimum 3 years
Key Responsibilities
• Develop commercial womenswear styles based on international fashion trends
• Conduct trend, fabric, colour and market research
• Create design concepts, mood boards, sketches and CADs
• Develop prints, placements, colourways and garment details
• Work closely with merchandising, sampling and production teams
• Follow styles from concept through sampling and final approval
• Attend fittings and provide design corrections/comments
• Ensure designs meet buyer requirements, quality standards and timelines
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Minimum 3 years of relevant fashion design experience
✔️ Strong experience in womenswear
✔️ Experience with an export house / apparel manufacturing / fashion brand preferred
✔️ Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction and silhouettes
✔️ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
✔️ Strong trend awareness and commercial design sense
✔️ Good communication and coordination skills
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced apparel environment
