Role Description The Audit Executive will perform day-to-day audit activities, including planning and executing audit procedures, reviewing financial statements, and preparing clear, accurate audit reports. The role involves assessing internal controls, identifying potential risks, verifying compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations (including GST), and supporting audit documentation for clients. The Audit Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior auditors to address audit findings and recommend process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular interaction with team members and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Statements, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data accurately.
Experience preparing and reviewing Statutory Audit Reports, including working papers and supporting documentation.
Proficient Analytical Skills for identifying variances, trends, risks, and control gaps during audits.
Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and compliance requirements relevant to audit engagements.
Preferred qualifications:
CA pursuing candidates with 4+ years of experience, or
ACCA Affiliates with 2 years of experience in Statutory Audit
Experience in a CA firm is preferred
Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
