Electronics R&D & Design Engineer (Microcontrollers & PLC)

Job Summary
We are looking for an Electronics R&D & Design Engineer with a strong hands-on background in electronics product development, circuit design, PCB designing, Microcontrollers, and PLCs. The ideal candidate should have completed a Polytechnic Diploma followed by B.Tech/BE in Electronics or Instrumentation and have experience developing electronic products, prototypes, and projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop electronic circuits and new electronic products.
· Design PCB layouts and develop new PCBs.
· Perform component-level troubleshooting and debugging of electronic circuits.
· Develop and test prototypes for R&D projects.
· Program and work with Microcontrollers and PLCs.
· Design embedded hardware solutions and support product development.
· Handle electronics design projects, including university/student project development where applicable.
· Prepare technical documentation and testing reports.
Required Skills
· Polytechnic Diploma followed by B.Tech/BE in Electronics or Instrumentation.
· Experience as an Electronics Design Engineer or R&D Engineer.
· Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
· PCB design and development.
· Microcontroller programming.
· PLC programming and troubleshooting.
· Component-level troubleshooting.
· Circuit design, embedded systems, and prototype development.
· Good problem-solving and innovation skills.
