Ground Zero Events is looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to join our team in Jaipur.
We are looking for a professional who can effectively manage employee coordination, recruitment, HR processes, and workplace requirements while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day employee coordination and HR activities
* Handle end-to-end hiring and recruitment
* Coordinate interviews, candidate screening, and onboarding
* Implement and maintain HR policies and workplace processes
* Address employee concerns and support a healthy work environment
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation
* Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth operations
🔹 What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
* Candidates with experience in the Event Management industry or a corporate background preferred
* Hands-on experience in hiring & recruitment
* Good understanding of HR policies and workplace processes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized, approachable, and solution-oriented
* Ability to handle employee coordination professionally
* Proactive attitude with good decision-making and people-management skills
