About the Role
We are looking for a confident, responsible, and proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, manpower coordination, employee relations, and HR operations in a fast-paced event environment.
This is a people-intensive role, so we need someone with a strong personality who can communicate confidently, handle pressure, manage teams, and take quick decisions when required.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both in the office and on-ground at events.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for permanent, temporary, contractual, and event-based manpower.
Coordinate manpower requirements for upcoming events and ensure timely deployment.
Build and maintain a database of event staff, freelancers, promoters, coordinators, and temporary manpower.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, selection, documentation, and onboarding.
Manage attendance, reporting time, shifts, leaves, and manpower deployment.
Coordinate with event managers and team leaders for daily manpower requirements.
Handle last-minute absenteeism and manpower replacement during events.
Manage employee grievances, conflicts, behavioural issues, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure proper communication of company policies and event guidelines.
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
Support payroll-related inputs and monthly HR reports.
Conduct employee engagement and team activities whenever required.
Maintain proper coordination between HR, management, event teams, and employees.
Ensure discipline and professional conduct across teams.
Be available for on-ground event support, weekends, and extended working hours when required.
Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in event management, hospitality, recruitment, manpower handling, or a fast-paced service industry will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and mature personality.
Strong people-handling and coordination skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations and conflicts professionally.
Quick decision-making and problem-solving ability.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable interacting with employees, management, vendors, freelancers, and event teams.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR processes.

Qualification
