Hospitality Manager / Hospitality Assistant Architect

Role Description The Cashier will handle day-to-day cash and billing operations at the Amtex Safety Systems facility in Chandigarh. This full-time, on-site role includes processing customer transactions, issuing receipts and invoices, managing cash, card, and digital payments, and balancing the cash register at the end of each shift. The Cashier will maintain accurate records, assist with basic accounting entries, and coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for smooth order processing. Additional responsibilities include answering customer payment-related queries, maintaining a neat and organized billing counter, and following all company policies and safety procedures. The role may also involve supporting inventory checks for billed items and reporting any discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
Solid cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) operation skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
Basic accounting and numerical abilities, including reconciling daily collections and preparing simple reports.
Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency with computers and billing software; familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh on a full-time schedule, with reliability and punctuality.
Prior experience as a cashier, billing executive, or in a similar finance/front-desk role is preferred.
Minimum high school diploma; a commerce or accounting-related qualification is an added benefit.
