Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing documentation, and assisting with data entry in HR systems. Responsibilities include helping with onboarding processes, supporting HR policy and benefits communications, and coordinating with staff to gather required information. The intern may assist with recruitment activities such as posting job descriptions, screening applications under supervision, and scheduling interviews. The role also includes contributing to HR reporting, supporting personnel management initiatives, and performing general office and project support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices.
Candidates should possess skills related to HR Management and Personnel Management.
Candidates should possess familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Comfort with remote work, including use of digital collaboration tools and basic office software.
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated interest in a career in human resources or organizational development is beneficial.
