About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER will lead the design and implementation of advanced continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines that support rapid and reliable feature delivery. This role integrates AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and system reliability, contributing directly to accelerating engineering workflows and managing platform scale and growth challenges. The position plays a critical part in maintaining high standards of quality, security, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Design and build complex CI/CD pipelines for microservices and distributed systems
Utilize AI code generation tools to accelerate pipeline development and testing
Develop custom scripts and integrations using Python and shell scripting
Architect GitOps workflows with tools like ArgoCD or Flux
Implement progressive delivery strategies such as blue-green and canary deployments
Optimize builds using AI-powered caching and parallel execution
Promote AI tool adoption across DevOps lifecycle including infrastructure and incident response
Use AI for monitoring, alerting, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis
Automate deployments, infrastructure provisioning, security checks, and operational processes
Develop platform tools to simplify infrastructure complexity
Employ AI-driven capacity planning and cost optimization
Integrate automated security scanning and vulnerability remediation
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve delivery pipelines
Mentor and lead DevOps best practices and culture
Document processes leveraging AI assistants
Requirements:
4+ years of DevOps experience with strong CI/CD focus
Expertise with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
Advanced knowledge of GitOps and related tools
Experience with progressive delivery and continuous testing strategies
Proficient in Git branching and development workflows
Proven use of AI-powered development tools in production
Strong prompt engineering and responsible AI practices
2+ years hands-on AWS experience
Expert Terraform skills
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes management
Strong automation skills with tools like Ansible or Chef
Advanced Python and shell scripting
