Finance Manager

We are hiring for a high-impact Finance role with a globally recognized food manufacturing organization known for its innovation, strong international presence, and large-scale agri-supply chain integration. With operations across multiple countries, the company is building a world-class manufacturing facility in India.
🔹 Role: Deputy Manager – Finance
📍 Location: Bijnor (Uttar Pradesh)
🔍 What you’ll be doing:
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for plant operations
Manage CAPEX planning, tracking, and cost control for ongoing projects
Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and governance frameworks
Monitor financial performance and deliver actionable business insights
Oversee working capital, AP/AR, and financial reporting
Partner with plant, agro, and leadership teams for decision-making
🎯 What we’re looking for:
CA / CMA 4+ years of experience
Strong exposure to plant/manufacturing finance
Hands-on experience in CAPEX and FP&A
Knowledge of internal controls, audits, and compliance
Experience in FMCG / Food / Agro industry is a plus
