Coordinator of Volunteers

Role Description The Organizational Effectiveness Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for improving structures, processes, and systems that support Pi Vector’s educational programs. In this position, the manager will review and refine organizational workflows, design and track performance metrics, and collaborate with leadership to align operations with strategic goals. Daily tasks include supporting program and project planning, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and implementing practices that promote employee engagement and clear communication. The role also involves monitoring the effectiveness of ongoing programs, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending data-informed changes to enhance efficiency and outcomes. This position requires proactive collaboration with distributed teams and regular reporting on organizational performance.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Organizational Effectiveness and Performance Management to assess structures, processes, and outcomes.
Experience with Program Management and Project Management to plan, coordinate, and deliver education-focused initiatives.
Background in Employee Engagement to support a positive, collaborative remote work environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a distributed team setting.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a part-time remote context.
Experience in the education or edtech sector, especially with international curricula, is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education Management, or a related field; advanced studies or certifications in organizational effectiveness or project management are beneficial.
