🛠️ We’re Hiring: Junior Project Coordinator
📍 Remote (Canada)

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across the organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising tasks, coordinating people, tracking deadlines, maintaining documentation, following up on deliverables, and helping teams keep projects moving forward.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and external partners to ensure projects are well organised, accurately documented, and delivered on schedule.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for projects
Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and delivery activities
Maintain project plans, task lists, timelines, trackers, and documentation
Track project milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and action items
Follow up with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time
Organise project meetings, calls, workshops, and team check-ins
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action items, and follow-up communications
Coordinate communication between internal teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners
Maintain accurate project records, files, reports, and documentation
Support the preparation of project status reports and progress updates
Monitor project schedules and highlight potential delays or issues
Assist with identifying project risks, dependencies, and outstanding actions
Escalate issues and concerns to the appropriate Project Manager or team lead
Support project onboarding, implementation, testing, and launch activities
Coordinate information and requirements between Product, Technology, Operations, and business teams
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), quality checks, and implementation activities
Track project changes, approvals, and outstanding decisions
Support resource, budget, and expense tracking where required
Help maintain project management tools, dashboards, and reporting systems
Support multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
Assist with post-project reviews, lessons learned, and process improvement initiatives
Help improve project coordination processes, templates, workflows, and documentation
✅ Requirements
0–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations, business, technology, travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Comfortable working independently while also being an effective team member
Familiarity with project management principles, Agile, Scrum, or other project methodologies is a plus
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms is advantageous
Basic understanding of project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables is a plus
Previous experience in a travel, tourism, hospitality, technology, or customer-facing environment is advantageous
Ability to remain calm and organised when priorities or deadlines change
Based in Canada with the legal right to work in Canada
