Scope of the Role:
Our client is looking for an International B2B Account Manager to lead and grow their Corporate Gifting, Loyalty, and Bulk Sales business across North America, the UK, and emerging international markets. This is a highly cross-functional role: you'll own a portfolio of strategic B2B partnerships while identifying new opportunities to expand the channel. You'll develop commercial strategies, negotiate programs, manage forecasting and operations, and collaborate across Planning, Operations, Finance, and Product to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a chance to build and scale an emerging global sales channel from the ground up, for someone who loves building relationships and solving complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive channel growth — Own revenue growth across Corporate Gifting, Loyalty, and Bulk Sales by expanding existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities across corporate, hospitality, real estate, promotional products, and other B2B channels.
Lead account management — Manage existing and new accounts strategically, with a strong focus on large distributors and promotional partners, real estate, interior design, hospitality, and Fortune 500 companies.
Develop commercial programs — Build customized product assortments, pricing strategies, promotional offers, and business proposals that meet customer objectives while delivering profitable growth for the business. Meet response SLAs and ensure every account receives high-touch service.
Own forecasting and business planning — Partner with Planning, Operations, and Finance to develop forecasts, inventory plans, and sales projections that support customer programs and operational excellence.
Manage end-to-end execution — Oversee onboarding, product setup, purchase orders, forecasting, inventory coordination, fulfillment, and issue resolution for every account you own.
Support customer marketing — Work with Marketing and Creative to develop sales materials, product presentations, digital assets, merchandising tools, and launch plans that drive engagement and sell-through.
Track performance and report — Analyze sales trends, track performance against forecasts, adjust account strategies, and surface market insights and recommendations to improve customer engagement and channel growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced: 3–5 years in B2B sales, account management, business development, or partnership management, with experience supporting corporate gifting, loyalty, promotional products, hospitality, real estate, or related industries. Kitchenware or home goods experience is a plus.
Commercially minded: You know how to balance customer needs with revenue, profitability, and operational realities, and you're comfortable building pricing models, negotiating programs, and developing business cases.
A relationship builder: You build authentic, long-term relationships with buyers and cross-functional stakeholders, and you're comfortable leading meetings and delivering presentations.
Collaborative: You work seamlessly across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Planning, Finance, and Product to bring customer programs to life.
Data-driven: You understand the value of sales tracking, forecasting, and reporting, and you use data to make informed decisions.
Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can make an immediate impact.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
3–5 years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience with proven success in corporate gifting, loyalty, promotional products, hospitality, or related sectors, plus strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Background in kitchenware, home goods, or consumer products; experience with Fortune 500 or large distributor partnerships; expertise in pricing models and promotional program development.
