Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month
Key responsibilities
Identify and track government, PSU, corporate and private tenders.
Review eligibility criteria, specifications, BOQs, commercial terms and submission requirements.
Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and approvals.
Arrange EMDs, tender fees, bank guarantees, declarations, certificates and other supporting documents.
Submit accurate and complete bids through the relevant e-procurement portals before deadlines.
Track amendments, clarifications, evaluations and tender outcomes.
Maintain tender records, status trackers and reports for management.
Candidate requirements
Working knowledge of tendering and bidding procedures.
Ability to interpret tender documents, specifications and BOQs.
Familiarity with government e-procurement portals preferred.
Strong MS Excel, documentation, coordination and deadline-management skills.
