Role Description The Learner Success Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting learners throughout their academic journey and ensuring a high-quality learning experience. In this role, you will onboard new learners, guide them through program requirements, and assist with schedules, deadlines, and platform usage. You will maintain regular communication via calls, emails, and messaging to address queries, resolve issues, and encourage progress and course completion. You will collaborate with academic, operations, and counseling teams to coordinate interventions for at-risk learners and support career guidance initiatives. The role also involves tracking learner performance, collecting feedback, preparing reports on engagement and outcomes, and contributing to continuous improvement of learner support processes.
Qualifications:
Candidates with 6months to 1year of experience in Edtech industry ( WORKED WITH UG & PG COURSES)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to diverse learners.
Proficiency with digital tools and learning platforms; comfort working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and video conferencing tools.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to manage learner concerns, escalations, and academic or administrative challenges.
Customer success, student counseling, or learner support experience in edtech, education, or services-oriented environments is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, management, or related fields is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, with a learner-first mindset and a strong commitment to outcomes and continuous improvement.
