DevOps Engineer

About the role
At Networth Corp, platform is a product. You'll build the CI/CD, IaC, observability, and release pipelines that get data platforms, ML models, and LLM systems into production reliably — then package what works into reusable patterns across every client we serve.
The pain we solve is real: a dozen environments no one can promote code between, secrets rotated by hand, deployments reinvented every sprint, dashboards no one trusts, cloud bills no one owns. Your work makes production a routine event and platform a differentiator.
What you'll do
Design CI/CD for data pipelines, ML models, and LLM systems — not just app code
Own Azure and (increasingly) AWS landing zones, subscriptions, and identity across multiple client tenants
Build reusable IaC (Terraform, Bicep, or Crossplane) — modules that survive multiple engagements
Set up GitOps release flows (Flux, ArgoCD) for services and data workflows
Stand up observability the same way everywhere: OpenTelemetry traces, structured logs, cost telemetry
Enforce security in pipelines: SBOM, image signing, secrets scanning, policy-as-code (OPA / Kyverno)
Own the FinOps story: dashboards, unit economics, cost-per-inference, cost-per-pipeline-run
Package everything into a small internal developer platform so client teams self-serve

What we're looking for
5+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE — with recent time on data or ML platforms
Production experience across at least one hyperscaler (Azure preferred, AWS strong second)
Deep in one IaC tool (Terraform or Bicep) — not both superficially
Strong CI/CD chops — Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab in production
Comfort with Databricks or Snowflake as a first-class deployment target, not just a data source
Experience with GitOps at scale (Flux or ArgoCD in a real production environment)
OpenTelemetry or equivalent observability instrumentation
Comfort with enterprise security constraints (Private Endpoints, SPN rotation, change management) — without letting them stall delivery
Bonus
MLOps or LLMOps production experience (MLflow, Model Serving, vector DB deployment)
Internal developer platform experience (Backstage, Port, or custom)
FinOps practice — cost dashboards, chargeback models, unit economics
OSS contributions to platform, IaC, or observability tools
Speaker or writer at HashiConf, KubeCon, Data+AI Summit, or similar
Certifications: AZ-400, CKA, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, Databricks Data Engineer
