Solution Architect – ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
We are supporting a large enterprise organisation in the build-out of its ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) capability, and are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to own the solution design in this area.
This is a part-time advisory/architecture engagement (around 20% capacity), fully remote, with no on-site presence required.
What you will do
Own the solution architecture for ServiceNow SPM across Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management and Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)
Translate business requirements into technical solution designs
Act as architecture and design sparring partner for business analysts and developers
Run architecture and design reviews
Align with enterprise and platform architects and make sure agreed architecture standards are applied
What we are looking for
Several years of experience as Solution Architect, Technical Architect or Senior Consultant in ServiceNow projects
Solid, hands-on knowledge of at least three of the following SPM areas: Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)
Strong command of ServiceNow platform architecture and of best practices around maintainability, standardisation and upgradeability
Proven experience designing integrations, data models and end-to-end processes
Fluent, business-level English
