Chemistry Teacher

We are seeking a highly experienced Chemistry educator with a proven track record of mentoring students for JEE Main. The candidate should possess exceptional subject expertise and be capable of teaching competitive-level concepts, developing effective problem-solving approaches, and preparing students for high JEE Main scores and strong NIT/IIIT admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Teach JEE Main Chemistry with strong conceptual clarity.
Cover Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry at JEE Main level.
Develop classroom content, DPPs, worksheets, assignments, and test papers aligned with the JEE Main syllabus and pattern.
Conduct problem-solving sessions focused on application-based, numerical, and multi-concept questions.
Analyze previous years' JEE Main papers and incorporate important trends, question patterns, and frequently tested concepts into teaching.
Prepare students for JEE Main and other competitive examinations.
Conduct regular revision classes, doubt sessions, and performance analysis.
Mentor students individually and create personalized improvement plans.
Track student progress and communicate academic feedback to the management.
Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum quality and student outcomes.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of dedicated JEE Main teaching experience.
Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts through multiple approaches.
Strong understanding of the JEE Main syllabus, examination pattern, and question trends.
Preferred Profile
Experience at reputed IIT-JEE coaching institutes.
Candidates from NCR region preferred.
Strong expertise in JEE Main problem-solving techniques.
Ability to create original, high-quality JEE Main questions.
Experience mentoring students aiming for high JEE Main scores and admission to top NITs/IIITs.
