HR Manager

Role Description The HR Manager at Dobro.ba will oversee human resources activities to ensure effective support for staff, volunteers, and project teams in a growing humanitarian organization. This part-time remote role includes managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining HR records, and coordinating volunteer engagement and retention. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, support performance management and capacity-building initiatives, and advise leadership on organizational development and employee relations. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating schedules and assignments, handling HR documentation and compliance, facilitating internal communication, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven culture.

Candidates should possess skills in HR administration, documentation, and basic legal and compliance awareness.
Relevant experience in HR management, preferably in non-profit, humanitarian, or community-focused organizations.
Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, demonstrating reliability and strong time management.
Familiarity with Bosnia and Herzegovina’s social context and commitment to social responsibility and humanitarian values.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with HR software or productivity tools and solid written and spoken communication skills in relevant local languages and English.
