Workday Integration Developer – Benefits Connectors
Job Title: Workday Integration Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer with strong hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday integrations, particularly Benefits/Benefit Connectors. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Workday HCM and Benefits data and integrating Workday with third-party benefit providers and external systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain Workday integrations.
Develop and support Workday Benefits Connectors and integrations with external benefit providers.
Work with Workday HCM, Benefits, and related business processes to understand integration requirements.
Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production defects.
Develop inbound and outbound integrations using XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and APIs.
Work with functional and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
Perform integration testing, data validation, and error resolution.
Support benefit enrollment and eligibility-related integrations with third-party vendors.
Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and support documentation.
Participate in deployment and production support activities.
Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.
Strong experience with Workday Benefits Integrations / Benefits Connectors.
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIB.
Experience with Core Connectors and Workday Web Services.
Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and APIs.
Experience integrating Workday with third-party benefit providers/carriers.
Understanding of Workday HCM and Benefits business processes.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience with integration testing and production support.
