Role Description The Owner role at GSPANN Technologies, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Owner is responsible for providing strategic leadership, setting business and technology direction, and ensuring alignment of consulting services with client and market needs. Daily activities include overseeing key client engagements, guiding solution strategy across ECM, analytics, Big Data, DevOps, and mobility, and collaborating with senior leaders to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. The role involves managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and making decisions that support sustainable business expansion while maintaining high-quality delivery standards. The Owner also mentors leadership teams, represents the organization in executive-level client discussions, and promotes a collaborative, inclusive, and ethical work environment.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in IT consulting or technology services, with responsibility for strategy, P&L, and large client portfolios.
Strong background in enterprise solutions such as ECM, Business Intelligence, data warehousing, information management, and Big Data.
Experience overseeing or collaborating on DevOps, mobility solutions, and QA automation initiatives in enterprise environments.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams, including subject-matter experts, project managers, and consultants.
Track record of managing onsite, offsite, and offshore delivery models and optimizing processes for cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including working with executive leaders in FORTUNE 1000 organizations.
Strong business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and long-term strategic planning.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones.
