Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager for one of our clients, True Inc. This role will lead revenue growth by developing a high-performing sales team and expanding our presence in the market. This role is responsible for building and executing sales strategies, coaching team members to achieve results, and ensuring strong alignment between sales efforts and the organization’s mission. The ideal candidate is both a leader and a builder, someone who thrives on accountability, momentum, and measurable success.

What You’ll Do
As Sales Manager, you will lead the company’s sales efforts by developing strategy, managing performance, and building a strong, results-driven team. You will work closely with executive leadership to drive revenue growth while maintaining alignment with the organization’s values and long-term vision.
You will:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed performance goals
Design and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share and expand the customer base
Manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation through deal closure
Monitor sales metrics, forecasts, and performance data to guide decision-making
Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and offerings
Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, and industry meetings
Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership on sales performance and opportunities

Requirements
This position is remote; however, candidates must reside and perform work in one of the following states: California, Texas, Arizona, Louisiana, South Carolina, Mississippi, South Dakota, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, or North Dakota.
What You Bring
You are driven, strategic, and results-oriented, a leader who can motivate others, identify opportunities, and execute plans that produce measurable growth.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
At least 2 years of leadership or management experience
Proven experience in sales, business development, or revenue generation roles
Strong understanding of the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, closing, and account management
You excel in:
Sales strategy and forecasting
Data analysis and performance tracking
Market research and competitive positioning
CRM and sales engagement tools
Communication and negotiation
Coaching and team development

Work Environment
