About the Opportunity
Ministry HR Group is proud to partner with a Christ-centered, international medical ministry in their search for a Partner Engagement Operations Manager. This organization equips and supports healthcare programs in developing countries, combining quality healthcare with a commitment to advancing its mission and community reach.
What You'll Do
The Partner Engagement Operations Manager oversees donor services, gift administration, data integrity, and engagement systems that support fundraising and stewardship efforts. This role ensures timely, accurate, and meaningful donor interactions through gift processing, acknowledgments, reporting, and engagement workflows.
As the operational backbone of the Advancement team, this position maintains CRM systems and reporting, ensures data accuracy, and equips fundraising staff with the information and tools needed to effectively cultivate and steward donor relationships. The role strengthens donor retention, operational efficiency, and scalability as the organization grows its philanthropic support.
Key responsibilities include:
Donor Services & Gift Administration
Oversee gift processing, receipting, and acknowledgement activities for all gifts received through headquarters.
In coordination with the Stewardship and Foundations director:
Manage donor acknowledgment workflows.
Coordinate and execute donor welcome series communications.
Monitor donor service inquiries and ensure timely, professional responses to donor requests and questions.
Development Operations & Data Management
Maintain accurate and consistent donor data within Salesforce, including imports, updates, segmentation, and portfolio assignments.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, campaign tracking, and performance metrics.
Provide timely data and donor insights to support fundraising and stewardship strategy.
Develop and document processes to improve data quality, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
Salesforce Administration & Reporting
Primary resource for Salesforce reporting, dashboards, workflows, and user needs.
Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to improve system functionality.
Monitor and maintain data quality, implementing corrections as needed.
Support system enhancements and advancement technology initiatives.
Donor Engagement & Stewardship Support
Coordinate donor acknowledgment and recognition with Stewardship and Foundation Relations.
Support campaigns and engagement initiatives through data and operational coordination.
Prepare donor lists, segmentation reports, and campaign materials.
Ensure accurate tracking of donor interactions and communications.
Team & Organizational Support
Support staff with donor data, reporting, and system usage.
Assist with meeting preparation, campaign tracking, and advancement planning.
Support donor events, engagement initiatives, and special projects as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, reporting, and donor experience.
Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, preferred.
Experience supporting fundraising, donor stewardship, gift processing, and advancement operations within a nonprofit organization.
Experience administering Salesforce or comparable donor management systems.
Strong CRM/database management and reporting skills (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, Bloomerang).
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a donor-centered service mindset.
Ability to identify process improvements and support scalable systems and workflows (e.g., Monday.com).
Supports and participates in a local church as an active member consistent with the organization’s Statement of Faith.
