Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to coach, oversee, and guide agile teams working in Scrum and Kanban environments. This role is central to how our teams deliver: you will ensure that agile values and practices are followed, mentor teams toward higher performance, facilitate key ceremonies and decisions, and remove the impediments that stand in the way of delivery.
What You'll Do
Guide and support Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and team-level PI planning activities
Act as a servant leader, building high-performing teams in an environment of trust and transparency
Coach teams toward higher levels of maturity, predictability, and self-organization
Ensure healthy backlogs, clear priorities, and well-understood work
Support and coach the team in refining a ready backlog and writing clear, testable acceptance criteria
Ensure teams deliver work aligned with sprint goals and release timelines
Remove impediments or roadblocks affecting the team's ability to deliver
Partner with leadership to resolve dependencies and constraints
Leverage data to develop and report key metrics that inform decisions and improvements
Advocate for continuous improvement using metrics and data-driven insights
Coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning
Organize and conduct training sessions to strengthen the team's Agile skills
Use tools such as Jira to measure and analyze key Agile metrics
Identify and implement process improvements and Agile best practices
Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and individuals
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for software development teams
Scrum Master certification
Working knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, Lean) and their practical application
Experience with Agile project management tools (such as Jira) and software development methodologies
Strong facilitation and leadership skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to adapt and stay effective in a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
