Dotnet Developer

QAT Global is a U.S.-based IT consulting firm with more than 30 years of experience delivering software solutions for enterprise clients, with nearshore operations in the US, Brazil, and Costa Rica. We help our clients build and modernize mission-critical applications, and we're growing our development team to keep up with demand.
We're looking for a Mid-Level .NET Developer who is comfortable working in modern, AI-augmented development environments. You'll build and support enterprise applications for U.S.-based clients while using AI tools to work faster and produce higher-quality code. This is a great fit for someone who wants to grow their technical skills while adopting the next generation of developer tooling.
What You'll Do
Develop applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
Collaborate with distributed teams and U.S.-based clients.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
Use AI tools to support coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
Solid .NET development experience.
Strong skills in C#, .NET/.NET Core, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Git.
Advanced English for professional communication.
Experience working in Agile teams.
Experience with AI-Assisted Development
Comfortable using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor to speed up coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Nice to have: exposure to AI/LLM integrations within applications.
Nice to have: experience with Claude Code as part of a daily development workflow.
Nice to Have
Azure and DevOps experience.
Exposure to cloud-native application design.
