Sales Manager (Product)

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to help scale our crypto exchange product.
If you know how to connect with clients, understand fintech and crypto, love sales, and see opportunities where others see only CRM contacts, we’d love to talk.
This role is for someone who wants to drive results, work in a fast-moving market, and help grow a product used by clients worldwide.
Work format: full remote or office in Warsaw.
What You’ll Do
Attract new B2C and B2B clients in international markets
Run the full sales cycle: from first contact to client launch
Lead negotiations and product presentations
Build partnerships with key accounts and grow them
Own your pipeline and hit sales targets
Analyze the market and find new acquisition opportunities
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of B2C and B2B sales in fintech, payments, crypto, or SaaS
Experience with clients and a full sales cycle
Understanding of crypto markets, payment infrastructure, or digital assets
Strong negotiation skills with decision-makers and C-level
Comfortable with CRM and sales metrics
English: Upper-Intermediate or Higher
Nice To Have
Experience selling crypto exchange, PSP, acquiring, or payment solutions
Existing network in fintech or crypto
Understanding of KYC/KYB and onboarding processes
